A tiny post of “hot” photojournalism… I was driving along on a mundane errand and saw a large plume of black smoke close by. Curiosity – the same affliction that reduces cat lives – led me to an apartment fire that was well underway. I arrived almost at the same time as the fire brigade.. watched them put down this fire rather quickly.
On hot days in LA the thunderheads form out in the desert…
